Creating Custom Jewelry from Raw Gemstones
I taught myself how to facet, cut and polish cabochons, work with metal, wire and beads. I am a member in good standing with the United States Faceters Guild and compete annually in their gemstone faceting competition. I have always had a love for gold and gems. I credit my Dad for my love of jewelry. He always loved giving my Mom, my sisters and myself beautiful jewelry from the time we could walk. I know he is looking down on me and smiling.
I provide a one on one personalized service for people that visit the gem mine here in Hiddenite, North Carolina, as well as anyone who wants to have a custom cut gemstone at a reasonable price. I have various types of gemstone rough to choose from as well as a large library of custom cuts for your gem. Basic stone setting is offered free of charge when you have a stone/stones cut.
